Object and scope

Any person using the information, documents, products, software and various services (collectively the "Services") offered by this site is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms and conditions and mentions of these general terms of use.

User obligations

Access to this site is via the Internet. The user declares that he is aware of the risks and accepts them. It must protect itself against the effects of computer piracy by adopting an appropriate and secure computer configuration.

Dronage cannot be held responsible for any damage that the user may suffer directly or indirectly in connection with his navigation on this site and the use of its services as well as the Internet sites to which he refers.

Dronage reserves the right to unilaterally modify the T&C at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Site. 


The user can do the following actions on the Site:

  • consult articles
  • consult prices, description and opinions
  • download manuals or item description sheets
  • perform one or more searches
  • buy one or more items
  • make a return request for one or more items
  • post notices on items he has purchased
  • consult your old orders
  • view the status of a current order

Cookies management

This site may use client cookies, small text files to analyze information related to the user's navigation (frequency of visits, duration of visits, pages viewed, language preferences, etc.). They are stored by this site in a directory provided for this purpose on the user's computer. They contain in particular the name of the server that wrote it, an identifier in the form of a unique number and an expiry date. The unique identifier allows this site to recognize the user's computer on each visit.

Dronage reserves the right to change, modify or suspend, at any time and without notice, this site and these general conditions for reasons of maintenance, updating, evolution of legislation, or for any other reason deemed necessary. In particular, Dronage may at any time remove, add, complete or specify all or part of the information and Services contained or offered on the site. No liability for any direct or indirect damage in connection with such modifications may be accepted against Dronage.

It is the user's responsibility to be informed of the general conditions of use of this site, of which only the updated version accessible online is deemed to be in force.

Limitations of liability

Dronage will ensure maximum availability of this site.

Dronage will ensure the best security of the computer system. However, its responsibility cannot be retained in the event of an attack on the computer system or a temporary or total unavailability of the site.

Dronage will ensure the best accuracy of the information or Services contained on this site. However, it cannot be held liable in particular in the event of failure to update information or a form, in the event of system manipulation or encoding errors, inaccuracies, gaps in the information provided or any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. 

Hypertext links and related sites

For the convenience of users, this site may contain links to other sites that may be useful or interesting to them. Dronage does not systematically control the content of these sites. It therefore cannot be held responsible for the content presented on these websites, either for their legality or for the accuracy of the information contained therein.

Prohibited and illegal uses

The user agrees not to harm in any way the image of Dronage on the Site or elsewhere, such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,...

The user undertakes not to post any content contrary to the laws and regulations applicable in his country and Luxembourg. Nor to post messages of a defamatory, slanderous, hateful, racist, violent, sexual, political, religious, prohibited to minors, protected by copyright or inciting to one or more of the prohibitions listed above.

No personal data may be used or retrieved from the Site without the consent of the person(s) concerned.

It is strictly forbidden:

  • to use a user's account without his agreement,
  • to attack the Site by means of denial of service attacks (also called DDoS),
  • to test the load of the Site,
  • to test the security of the site using automated or non-automated tools in order to extract information to which the user would not normally have had access,
  • to use technical and logical means that have the effect of hindering the proper functioning of the Site,
  • to impersonate Dronage or one of its employees.

The examples given in the above list are not exhaustive.

Dronage excludes any liability for prohibited use of the Services.

The user is responsible for all claims that other users or third parties may make against Dronage due to the prohibited use of the Site Services.

If necessary, the user assumes alone and/or will reimburse on first request if Dronage must make the advance payment, all the necessary costs for the legal advice and defence of Dronage.

In addition, the user undertakes to provide Dronage without delay with all the information necessary for the examination of claims and its defence in the event of claims by third parties.

Removal of content, restriction and blocking of user accounts

Dronage reserves the right to terminate contracts without notice, in the event of violation of legal provisions, the rights of third parties or the GCU and GCU, and

  • to warn the user,
  • to delete offers or other content from this user,
  • to limit the use of the Site for the user,
  • to temporarily or permanently exclude the user from the Site (blocking),
  • to take any other necessary or useful legal measures (such as filing a criminal complaint).

These measures may be taken, even if not required by law or regulation, at Dronage's sole discretion.

As soon as a user has been blocked, that user is prohibited from connecting with another user account or using the Services from any other user account.

Responsibility of users

The user is responsible for all activities that are performed from his user account, unless he can demonstrate an abuse of his user account that does not result from a breach of his duty of care.

Intellectual property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented on the Site are strictly reserved under copyright and intellectual property law, for the entire duration of protection of these rights and for the whole world. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Site or of all or part of the elements found on the Site is strictly prohibited.

The corporate names, trademarks and distinctive signs reproduced on the Site are protected under trademark law. The reproduction or representation of all or part of one of the above-mentioned signs is strictly prohibited and must be subject to prior written authorization by the trademark owner.

Some products are subject to personal and specific rights of use regulating copies, public releases, rentals. Users must respect these specific rights of use and Dronage cannot be held responsible for any use that may be made of them in this context.


The Site is subject to a security system: Dronage has adopted the SSL encryption process but has also strengthened all scrambling and encryption processes to protect as effectively as possible all sensitive data related to the payment methods used on the Site.

Partial invalidity

If one or more provisions of the GCU are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain all their force and scope.

Applicable law - Dispute resolution

In case of dispute, only the French version of these GCU shall prevail.

The GCU are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal d'arrondissement de Luxembourg.
